The call for nominations for the History Council of NSW’s General Council for 2017-2018 is now open to members.
The History Council of NSW would like to thank all its members for once again renewing their support for us in 2017. All members should have received their 2017 membership renewal by now, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is not the case or if you require assistance.
The General Council is comprised of 20 members; 15 are elected by the corporate membership, three by the individual membership, and two by the Indigenous membership. The call for nominations will take place from Monday 23 January 2017 to Monday 20 February 2017.
The election for the 2017-2018 General Council is by nomination using nomination forms and a ballot vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
If you or a member of your organisation would like to nominate for the General Council, please download and fill out the relevant nomination form below and mail or email it to us by close of business on Monday 20 February 2017. Alternatively email confirmations will be accepted in lieu of written or electronic signatures as long as they include confirmation by the proposer, seconder and the candidate.
Further details of the AGM including documents and registrations will be circulated to members over the coming days.
