As part of the celebrations of History Week 2011 State Records NSW is developing a series of web pages devoted to the ‘art of food’, drawing on the State archives collection. These will include a digital gallery featuring selected menus of gala events from bygone years and resource pages on teaching home science, sometimes known as domestic science.
